I thought it would never happen, the pop Celebrity Britney Spears has officially finalized her divorce from Kevin Federline. The singer can take it as another step in her life and resolve her old issues as soon as possible so she can have her stage back. The ex-couple divorce papers were signed yesterday afternoon by Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon. Apparently there is an alimony payment agreement that according to Britney’s lawyer Wasser it will not be made public unless there is an enforcement issue. Britney and Kevin will continue to share equal custody of their sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, till the custody hearing on August 14, when new decisions will be made.
They are divorced. Everything is finalized. I think she’s OK with the terms. She would like to be with the kids more. She said that. She thinks Kevin would like that too. I think both of them would prefer to have more custody, and that can be worked out down the line.
