According to Us Magazine news, R&B Celebrity Beyonce visited two fans at Barnes-Jewish hospital though they were minor injured at her concert. St. Louis Post-Dispatch revealed that the accident occurred Sunday night after Beyonce’s concert started. Reports say that “an onstage pyrotechnics display spilled into the front row”, injuring two fans who will recover soon. The singer, Beyonce was in the hospital looking for her fans right after the concert ended. Beyonce Knowles’ world tour opened in April in Tokyo and runs through early September. Among other stops are also New Orleans, Dallas, New York City, Washington, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Beyonce was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience…I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do.
