The Campaign for a Climate in Crisis was launched recently by a group of people: the famous Producer/rapper Pharrell Williams, Al Gore (former Vice President), Kevin Wall (former Live 8 executive producer), Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz and the MSN Network. According to allhiphop.com, celebrities like Pharrell, Snoop Dogg, the Black Eyed Peas, Duran Duran, Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Legend, Akon and many others will perform during Live Earth, a 24-hour concert on 7/7/07 on all 7 continents for “Save Our Selves” (SOS) campaign.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) revealed that according to more than 2,000 scientists from around the world, the earth’s temperature would rise 3 degrees Celsius by 2100.
