According to the National Enquirer magazine Nick Lachey has proposed to the MTV host Vanessa Minnillo after a source revealed that the couple were moving forward with plans for an April wedding. It seems that this time Nick wants a simple wedding, out of spotlight. The two began dating last summer. Rumors of Nick and Vanessa wedding were in the gossip area for months now; speculations of a proposal began circulating late last year when Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson divorced. Whether or not the rumors or the reports are true remains to be seen.
Nick’s known for a long time that Vanessa is the one. At first she held out. But in time she began to realize Nick was the key to her happiness and couldn’t imagine like without him. Vanessa feels she’s got Nick just where she wants him. Jessica is finally out of the picture for good. And now the two of them are ready to begin making a new life together.
