The Pop Celebrity Kylie Minogue has topped UK Glamour magazine’s annual list of best-dressed celebrities for her “newer, softer-looking style”, a Parisian chic look. Kylie Minogue beat out female celebrities Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie, Kate Moss and Sienna Miller. In other Celebrity news, Glamour magazine named Kylie Minogue last year Woman of the Year.

Kylie is still sexy but is not flaunting herself in gold hotpants any more.

On the male side, Pete Doherty topped the worst dressed man being followed by Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline, Russell Brand and Peter Andre while David Beckham was named the best dressed man.
