According to the news, pop Celebrity Britney Spears won custody in divorce settlement with ex Kevin Federline, reports the latest issue of Life&Style magazine. Britney Spears will get physical custody of the their two children, Sean Preston, 16 months, and Jayden James, 4 months, and the settlement is expected to be finalized in the next few weeks.
Although Kevin had filed for full custody of two children, he walked away with visitation rights and due to the couple’s pre-nuptial agreement, Kevin will get half of the proceeds from the sale of their $13.5 million Malibu estate, $500,000 cash and all his flashy Bling while Britney has the right to take back any gift she gave to Kevin worth more than $10,000.
