Nicole Richie, who has just begun dating Joel Madden, was arrested three days ago after a preliminary alcohol test at the scene showed that Richie was not under the influence of alcohol. As it was reported Nicole was charged by police at 4.50am after she was seen driving her SUV the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank, California. It’s unvaliable! Police have reportedly revealed Nicole Richie had taken the painkiller Vicodin and smoked marijuana. Not “the best” combination… thank God she is safe now. Anyway Nicole was charged and released after spending around four hours in jail after paying the bail, $15,000.
