It was about time for us, the curious ones, to find out how everything happened between the celebrity trio Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. For the first time, Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has described what happened between her and Brad Pitt on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith in the January issue of Vogue, according to New York Post.

According to Angelina’ sayings she and Brad met on the set of the thriller in 2003 insisting that she never had any intention of breaking up his marriage to Jennifer Aniston as she didn’t know much about his personal life… The now Celebrity couple spent a lot of time contemplating and thinking and talking about what they both wanted in life and realized that they wanted very, very similar things. Anyway by the time the movie wrapped in 2004 the two remained “very, very good friends” until after Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston announced their separation in January 2005. To set the things straight, Angelina Jolie said she is willing to meet with Aniston, but only if she would want that to happen. Angelina also revealed that the moment when Maddox called Brad, Dad “was probably the most defining moment, when he decided that we would all be a family.”

I think we were the last two people who were looking for a relationship. I certainly wasn’t. I was quite content to be a single mom. Brad was a huge surprise to me. Because of the film, we ended up being brought together to do all these crazy things, and I think we found this strange friendship and partnership that kind of just suddenly happened. [...] It took until, really, the end of the shoot for us, I think, to realize that it might mean something more than we’d earlier allowed ourselves to believe.
