According to the news, actor/director Mel Gibson has been named Hollywood’s ‘Coldest Star’. Gibson has topped the poll being branded as the “least powerful, least inspiring, least intriguing (person) in all of Tinseltown.” The actor/director was named Coldest Star’ next to Lindsay Lohan and last year’s chart-toppers, Celebrity couple Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
Independent movie website Film Threat has criticized Gibson in its annual Frigid 50: The Coldest People in Hollywood list following his anti-Semitic remarks after being pulled over by police for a driving offence early this year.
He apologized, he got sick of apologizing, he refused to apologize anymore, he didn’t want to address the issue, he spoke on nationally broadcast news shows, he spoke at synagogues, he met with Jewish officials. But in the end, in all his ‘I’m really not anti-Semitic’ posturing, he never bothered to address how irresponsible he was for driving under the influence in the first place. And now he’s got a new movie opening, Apocalypto, and the question becomes: who cares?

Mel Gibson is a great actor and director.. it’s sad of his anti-Semitic remarks
“the question is: who cares” (referiing to quote in article on Apocolypto) – Apparently a lot do. Did you see what it pulled in at the Box Office. People have way too much time on their hands when they invest their time in a whitch hunt to prove the obvious – we all are fallable. At least Mel did something about it. He appologized. I’d like to see what you do if your weaknesses are brought to global light. Think on that before you open your big hole again.
