The Goodwill Ambassador of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Angelina Jolie arrived recently in New Delhi, India’s capital, for more humanitarian work. Accompanied by her four-year-old adopted son Maddox, Angelina had a meeting with Minister of State for External Affairs Anand Sharma in New Delhi to discuss issues concerning refugees and children.

It is very rare and commendable that you have many problems of your own and yet India is so gracious and open to so many refugees. We agreed to work together for the welfare of refugees around the world. It is an honour for me to work for children who have become orphans… there are many, many needs for your own people.

In other news, Hollywood Celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were reportedly threat by Al Qaida due to the fact that they are shooting a movie called “A Mighty Heart”. The movie it’s a true story of Daniel Pearl who was killed by the Qaida, Pearl’s widow is the writer of the movie and Angelina Jolie is playing the role of his wife while Brad Pitt has a supporting role.
