According to the news, Celebrity Rapper Cassidy, who was involved six days ago in a car accident in which he suffered severe head injuries (including a fractured skull and broken bones on the left side of his face) remains in critical condition at Jersey City Medical Center. According to Theola Borden, a publicist for J Records, Cassidy is in grave condition but is expected to survive. The crash occurred as Cassidy was heading to a New York studio to work on his new album. Cassidy had been preparing his return to the rap game with a third album following his two rap albums, ‘Split Personality’ in 2004 and ‘I’m A Hustla’ in 2005.

He has multiple fractures of his face. He has a nasty scar from his ear to the center of his mouth. He’s on sedation to keep him from moving, and to keep him out of pain.
