La Tortura was the best and I hope she will receive Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, and Best Short Form Music Video for it.
Wasn’t La Tortura last year’s song? I honestly feel that Shakira is overrated and with so much good latin music out there, it is sad that the same people win over and over.
