Surprised? According to some reports R&B Celebrity Beyonce Knowles has sparked controversy by saying she only makes records for black people. Beyonce said in an interview with Blender magazine: “I make black records. I write records like I speak, and I don’t try to change my songs so everyone else likes them.” Reports say that since the statement, the sales of her new album, ‘B’Day’, have fallen by 70 per cent in the US.
Blender Magazine reports in their new issue that Beyonce still doubts herself saying R&B Celebrity has a secret - an alter ego - for her performances: Sasha. It seems that when Beyonce feel uncomfortable about something, she tell herself, ‘I’m Sasha, I’m a diva, I’m fierce, I can do it.’ Apparently Sasha protects her a lot and it’s the perfect way to keep sane.
In other Celebrity news, Beyonce received at the MOBO awards in London, the Best Song and Best Video categories and she was named Best International Female at the ceremony - which recognizes music of black origin.
Recently Beyonce performed at pal Giorgio Armani show taking to the stage before the designer’s catwalk show of the London Fashion Week. The Italian designer then unveiled his new Product Red Collection which will raise cash to fight Aids.

I don’t even like Beyonce, but her quote is taken out of context and that’s not fair. She makes “black music”.
No where does she say I make music for black people - what the hell is wrong with people?
I hate to defend her but more than that I hate racist people trying to make other people sound racist, too.
