According to the news, R&B celebrity Ashanti is being sued again for millions of dollars in damages this time by her ex-manager, Linda Berk. This is not the first time R&B celebrity Ashanti has faced a court battle after last year, the singer was ordered by a New York court to pay her former music producer, Gerald Parker, $630,000 in back royalties for songs recorded in 1996 and 1997.

Anyway although a spokesperson for R&B celebrity Ashanti revealed that the contract expired naturally and they didn’t renew it, Linda Berk – who was hired in 1999 to be Ashanti’s co-manager -Ă‚ is seeking compensation for breach of contract and claims that she helped the R&B celebrity win a Grammy for Best Contemporary R&B album in 2002.
