According to the news a video showing R Kelly having sex with a girl, just 13-years-old will be played in court to the media and public. Although the R&B singer’s lawyers had asked a Chicago judge to restrict who the explicit video was shown to, arguing it would embarrass the girl who is now 21-years-old the judge rejected this, saying the video is “the whole crux and lynchpin of the case”.
The R&B singer R Kelly has denied 14 counts of child pornography, and though the first allegations were made three years ago, the case is yet to come to trial.
