Australia’s hottest celebrity couple, Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman and country music singer Keith Urban got married Sunday in a traditional Catholic ceremony in a clifftop chapel in the Sydney beachside suburb of Manly. The traditional ceremony was private and the bride wore a flowing white Balenciaga gown and pearl drop earrings arriving with her cream Rolls-Royce limousine drove from her mansion across Sydney Harbor Bridge, throughĂ‚ the chapel. Urban wore a black suit with a white rose in his lapel matching a bouquet clutched by Kidman.
The Oscar-winning actress exchanged vows with the Grammy award-winning country music star and after they were spotted boarding Kidman’s private jet on Monday evening, prompting speculation about where they might spend their honeymoon, local media saying that Fiji or Tahiti were the most likely destinations. Because Fiji was the honyemoon place of Nicole and Cruise, the second choice was Tahiti where yesterday the celebrity couple began their honeymoon, according to media reports in Australia.
