According to Parade magazine, Hollywood celebrity Keanu Reeves, 41, revealed he is ready to settle down and have a family. Well it was about time! Keanu Reeves, who costars with Sandra Bullock in this summer’s The Lake House, talks in the interview, about his father, who abandoned the family and his mother who moved the family numerous times. After Keanu’s best friend, River Phoenix, died of a drug overdose in 1993 at the age of 23, and Reeves’s sister, Kim, 39, is battling leukemia the Hollywood celebrity didn’t have any desire to have a normal life.

And if what Keanu went trough wasn’t enough he also talk about his late girlfriend Jennifer Syme who died in a car crash and whom he met in 1998 and later gave birth to their stillborn baby daughter.

I’m trying not to be alone so much. I want to get married. I want to have kids. That’s at the top of the mountain. I’ve got to climb the mountain first. I’ll do it. Just give me some time.
