According to the news, on Tuesday the New York state’s highest court declined Diddy’s appeal. The hip-hop star was ordered to pay $19,000-per-month child support to ex-girlfriend, Misa Hylton-Brim.
The order, issued by the New York Supreme Court’s Appellate Division in 2005, came after Combs appealed court ruling that he should pay $35,000 a month, based on Combs’ yearly income of almost $50 million dollars.
We’re pleased the original order was reduced, but we thought there were issues applicable for the Court of Appeals to entertain.

The Hip-Hop mogul Diddy and Mise have one child together, Justin Combs, whose namesake represents Diddy’s successful restaurants in Manhattan and Atlanta. Daddy Diddy, also pays $11,000 monthly child support to model Kim Porter for their son, Christian.
