No other but Jessica Alba is threatening a lawsuit against Playboy magazine for putting her picture on its cover without her permission. Thanks to the cover photo, Playboy has also received a letter from Columbia pictures demanding an apology for its “outrageous, unethical behavior in obtaining the promotional photo.
The magazine reportedly asked Jessica Alba to pose for its March cover, an offer she turned down, her attorney Brian Wolf told The Smoking Gun. After Jessica Alba said no, the magazine allegedly got a promotional photo from Alba’s film, Into the Blue, which is what appears on the March cover, Wolf said. Next to the photo is a promotion for a story on the 25 sexiest celebrities.
