According to TMZ, three of Britney Spears former bodyguards have sued Britney Brands, Inc. and Britney Touring, Inc., because they never received overtime pay. The lawsuit, asks for compensation for unpaid wages and benefits, as well as penalties and was filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the claims the guards worked between 12 and 16 hours a day and were often on call 24 hours a day, but never got anything then a straight salary.
In other celebrity news, Britney Spears libel case have been delayed. The pop celebrity sued Us Weekly in December last year thanks to an article which claimed that Britney Spears had a sex tape made with husband Kevin Federline and it would leak onto the Internet.
