Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s home has reportedly sold twice what they paid for it. The property – in the exclusive Beverly Hills district of Hollywood – has been on the market ever since the ex-couple celebrity split last year.
The ex-celebrity couple Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston spent almost Ă‚Ł2.5 million and more than three years remodeling the house, adding heated, marble kitchen floors, a private screening room and, for a pub room, wood floors imported from a 200-year-old French chateau.
According to public records, Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston bought the house in 2001 from entertainment attorney Ken Ziffren, paying $13.1 million. Neighbors include actor Danny DeVito and longtime media executive David Geffen.
