The pop celebrity Britney Spears was named the Worst Dressed Artist in Spin magazines annual Readers Poll, as a result of a year and a half break form music and of course her bad taste when it comes to dressing style.
Other celebrities on the poll were also Ashlee Simpson who took Worst Solo Artist and Worst Live Act. The groups frontman Gerard Way was voted Sex God of 2005 while Gwen Stefani claimed three awards, including the Best Solo Artist, Sex Goddess and Best Dressed.

Meanwhile, in other celebrity news, Marilyn Mansons new wife, has hit out at pop celebrity Britney Spears dressing style, and said that the singer is in real need of a good stylist. Dita Von Tesse, whose own fashion style is influenced by the glamour of 40′s or 50′s, said that Britney Spears not only needs to start dressing well, but should also get should get some help when it came to the latest fashion style.

Earlier this year, Britney Spears was named worst dressed celebrity by fashion critic Mr Blackwells for dressing like over-the-hill Lolita. The pop singer Britney Spears has been a favorite on Blackwell’s worst dressed list for the past five years, describing her as going from “princess of pop to the ultimate fashion flop.”
