The singer Robbie Williams made peace with rap celebrity 50 Cent after beating the hip-hop star to the Best International Male Award at Saturday night’s NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France.
The feud between the two celebrities began when Robbie and 50 Cent stayed at the same hotel in Berlin some time ago when Robbie Williams was forced to complain to hotel Ritz Carlton staff in Berlin when hip-hop star 50 Cent and his entourage returned from a night out determined to party the night away. But the rapper insists Robbie Williams was angry that hip-hop star 50 Cent refused to meet him.
At the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, Williams shook 50 Cent’s hand as he made his way up to the stage to collect his award, and said in his speech: “I also want to pay respect to Mr 50 Cent in the audience.”
