Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized to a Miami hospital Monday night after suffering a severe asthma attack, a source close to the actress tells People. The teen actress/singer celebrated New Year’s Eve in Miami, hosting a party at Privet Nightclub.

In other celebrity news Galo Cesar Ramirez, the paparazzo who crashed his minivan into Lindsay Lohan’s Mercedes Benz in May, will not face charges. Although Lohan’s vehicle sustained considerable damage, and the actress herself suffered bumps and bruises. California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger signed a measure into action making it easier for celebrities to collect damages from photo agencies that employ antagonistic photographers.
