Hip-hop star Kanye West causes controversy again, after posing as the wounded Jesus Christ on the cover of the upcoming issue of music magazine Rolling Stone. West’s appearance has upset the religious group’s leaders, who are calling his act “offensive” and “trite”. Rapper Kanye West, who wears a crown of thorns on his head in a provocative shot, insists he has a lot in common with Christ because he has to fight for recognition and suffer for success.

Last year, hip-hop star Kanye West criticized George W Bush during a Hurricane Katrina telethon, for not reacting to the disaster quicker, saying that US President was a racist.

Meanwhile in other celebrity news, blond beauty Pamela Anderson and hip-hop star Kanye West have been spotted together in a Los Angeles hotel, according to America’s People magazine.
