The Hollywood actor Brad Pitt has reportedly told a US court he wants to marry Angelina Jolie, according to Britain’s Daily Mirror news. Because Brad Pitt is planning to officially adopt Angelina’s children, Maddox and Zahara, the actor had to assure the courts he was planning to marry their adoptive mother, otherwise the adoption can not been made.

Under American law, adoption is a profound and significant act. It normally doesn’t take place unless there’s already been a marriage. Thus it’s reasonable to infer that a marriage is around the corner for Brad and Angelina.
