It seems Angelina Jolie’s mother Marchline Bertrand is reportedly battling cancer, according to US tabloid National Enquirer. The Hollywood star’s French mum has been fighting the disease for three years. A source close to the celebrity revealed that Angelina Jolie jetted in to be by her mother’s bedside after she checked into a Los Angeles hospital, because she reportedly had to undergo surgery.
In other celebrity news, Robert De Niro, Angelina Jolie and Matt Damon will soon begin shooting scenes for De Niro’s latest work, “The Good Shepherd,” in the Dominican Republic.

I saw them shooting in Tarrytown, New York for The Good Shepard. It seems that the movie is suppose to be somewhat shot in the past since they had a whole bunch of the 1950 style cars.
