Hip-Hop star 50 Cent has announced he plans to retire from rap after two more albums, passing from music career to other project. The famous hip-hop star intents to follow the footsteps of close friend rap star Eminem who has retired from performing and recording. In present though 50 Cent is currently promoting his debut movie ‘Get Rich Or Die Tryin”, he isn’t sure if he wants to pursue an acting career after retiring from rap.
I can tell you now you’re only gonna get two more albums from me. I’m gonna fulfill my album requirements, with Shady Aftermath records, and then I’m not sure what I’m gonna do. I’m not sure I’m gonna be working in films afterwards. I think I wanna stay in the music business, just behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, rapper 50 Cent has slammed Columbia records for dropping him from the label after he was shot in 2000, insisting the loss of his contract caused him far greater trauma than his bullet wounds.
