Leonardo DiCaprio will make a documentary about global environmental issues. The environmental film is scheduled to be released in the autumn of 2006. The actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, has started production on the feature length film 11th Hour, which will explore global warming and offer solutions for restoring the planet’s ecosystems. DiCaprio became passionate about saving the environment while filming The Beach in Thailand.
The famous Leonardo DiCaprio, who is very concerned about global warming, warned Americans about the dangers of global warming when he appeared at Oprah’s show in October.
The actor established the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation in 1998 to raise awareness about environmental issues. Leonardo DiCaprio also has bought an island off the Belize coast, where he plans to open an eco-hotel.
Global warming is not only the number one environmental challenge we face today, but one of the most important issues facing all of humanity.
