Pop star Britney Spears has sued a Us Weekly magazine for $10million, accusing it of fabricating a story that she and her husband Kevin Federline made a sex video. An Us Weekly story claim that Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline had made a sex video and were afraid it would become public, determined the couple to take court action seeking damages for libel.

A member of the couple’s entourage has threatened to release the copy, before the pop singer looked pregnant. Britney and Kevin’s sex video was apparently nabbed by a worker of them and was reportedly viewed by the couple’s attorneys, who caused them laughter and disgust, reported then National Ledger.
