The Hollywood star Angelina Jolie is the celebrity who topped Hollywood’s 2005 Entertainer Of The Year Poll, followed by Jake Gyllenhaal at number two with 16% of votes. The ‘battle’ being for the celebrity most worthy of the 2005 Entertainer of the Year title.

As for Hollywood.com’s Most Searched Celebrity of 2005 Paris Hilton topped the list; the heiress was the most popular search across its databases in 2005, beating out Pamela Anderson and even Jessica Simpson. The actor Brad Pitt was the only male who made it into the top 10 at number six while his Entertainer of the Year girlfriend Angelina Jolie placed at number eight.
