Keira Knightley has vowed never to have plastic surgery. The screen beauty insists she would never go under the surgeon’s knife just to improve her appearance after being put off by popular TV show ‘Dr 9-0-0′ which documents real-life cosmetic operations.
Plastic surgery is brutal. It kind of makes you go, ‘Are you all mad?’ I couldn’t go through with it, I’m not into pain and all that.’

It is sooooo obvious that she’s had a nose job and a lip fill. She’s admitted to the lip fill…but the nose job can be seen if you look at pics of her in Star Wars ep I. Her nose just looks pinched…a dead give away. Its one thing to do it and be quiet about it. But to do it and then proclaim that you would never do it is just hypocritical…
jsl knows what she/he is talking about…..that nose is a nose-job nose…….why is it so difficult for people to recognize these things????

SD, actually, keira knightly was in star wars episode 1. although she wasn’t the star, she played natalie portmans decoy. so JSL actually does know what he’s talking about…unless he really did think that keira knightly was the queen amidala in the movie…..hmm??

in the star wars eps.1 both keira and natalie are supposed to look exactly the same ..duh… why cant u guys just accept that she is just a natural beauty instead of over analizing bout what she had done wit her face? so what if she has had her lips filled? its not as though its some major surgery..

Closeups of Keira in both the movies Arthur and Pirates of the C. clearly show small scars around her nose, svars that are not visible in her earliest closeups. As for the rest of her face, no clue, but she HAS had surgery
Sometimes in pictures celebrities bad features are edited, this could be why her nose looks bigger in some than others, it might of just been edited in that picture. Or just a bad picture.
Hey – have seen this Keira chick in the Pirate movies, so – one request – please change your facial expression. All you do is push your lips out on a constant basis – this is very annoying. In order to become an expanded successful actress in this very hard business, you need to broaden your horizons. Which means, your face. Do something more than sticking your lips out when it comes to your expressions.
Another subject – why can’t the entertainment field just stop the madness with plastic surgery? What about the older, polished actors/actresses of yesteryear? Did they not just run with what they had? Stand tall, be confident, and make a strong statement in life – these are words of wisdom from a very together chick.
