A fan, Melvin Smith, told the New York Post he was punched by rapper Busta Rhymes’ bodyguard while he was trying to get an autograph from the singer while he was standing outside the Corner Gourmet II deli in New York. But Rhymes’ bodyguard jumped in front of him
and punched him in the face. Smith went straight to the police and filled a complain against the bodyguard, who was only questioned, not charged. Melvin declared to New York Post that Rhymes sent a representative at his house to apologize for the incident.
