The rapper 50 Cent, who is currently touring Europe, claimed Kanye West success is just a public reaction against his own gangster rap sound.
I feel like Kanye West is successful because of me. After 50 Cent, (hip-hop fans) was looking for something non-confrontational, and they went after the first thing that came along. That was Kanye West, and his record took off.
He puts together witty phrases and he’s a great talent as a producer, but I still don’t know who Kanye West is when I listen to him.

50 Cent will release his film Get Rich and the soundtrack to the movie will feature the whole G-Unit camp and also expect albums from Olivia, Mobb Deep and M.O.P in the near future.

First of all…50, stop hating. Your just mad cuz your movie sucked and everybody that you thought would like you, doesn’t. Kanye don’t owe you anything. Stop hatting because the world prefers “G.O.O.D” to “G-unit” anyday. Let me make this real clear to you: You are done and so are all of your boys so stop trying to stir up controversy to sell the records that flopped.
