The pair are regularly spotted out together on the party circuit in New York and pals of Lindsay Lohan say she is ‘deliriously happy’ writes Monster Critics. Richie is a record company boss and co-owner of one of Manhattan’s Butter.
They seem made for each other. They’re trying to keep things low-key for the moment but she is deliriously happy when she’s with Richie.
