Djimon Hounsou, Russell Crowe’s co-star in Gladiator, confessed producers are still working on the script and casting decisions. Hounsou said the terrible Russell Crowe’s death as Miximilian at the end of the movie, it will be hard for the writers to find a way to bring him back to life.
The original Gladiator, directed by Ridley Scott and released in 2000, took in more than $187 million at the box office in the United States and Russell Crowe won a Oscar for his part.
