Diaz and one of her MTV reality show producers Shane Nickerson are suing the National Enquirer for $60 million, because of the article appear last month ( Cameron Caught Cheating ) witch claimed Diaz was cheating on her longtime partner Justin Timberlake.
The lawsuit claims the article not only damaged both of their reputations, but also placed needless strains on their personal relationships: Diaz with Timberlake, and Nickerson with his wife and mother-in-law.
