Manti Te’o's Dead Girlfriend Story A Lie

Deadspin is reporting that the uplifting story about Notre Dame linebacker and Heisman Trophy finalist Manti Te’o and girlfriend Lennay Kekua, who reportedly died earlier this fall because of leukemia, following a horrible car accident, is a hoax. In fact, lie perpetrated to the entire sporting media to drum up publicity for his almost successful Heisman Trophy campaign, where he finished second in the voting.

Lennay Kekua’s death allegedly took place the same week as the death of Te’o's grandmother, Annette Santiago, which Deadspin claims is legit, just before Notre Dame beat Michigan State 20-3 on Sept. 15. But apparently, basically everything about his “girlfriend” was entirely made up and subsequently lied about, even on national television… The evidence is pretty damming:

The Good Doctor said that these types of treatments can give people “a very youthful, natural” look, but if you overdo it, you’ll look like “a Cabbage Patch doll.”

After a 56.2MM opening for “Snow White and The Huntsman”, Charlize Theron is set to own the top two box office spots this coming weekend with the opening of “Prometheus”. Evelyn Lozada and NFL fiancé Chad Ochocinco are having a tough time figuring out where they will be wed since several prominent Miami hotels have rejected the couple’s request to have the ceremony at their venue because they don’t want the circus that comes with them.

The reality TV couple is currently filming their reality show “Ocho and Eve” and the season finale is to feature their wedding, if the couple can find a place to do it…

Apparently, the St. Regis, The Ritz, and Breakers have all turned them down so far. They have told producers they don’t want to deal with any fighting or risk having their hotels portrayed in a negative light.

John Edwards’ mistress Rielle Hunter is publishing a new book about her relationship with the former presidential candidate and the daughter he fathered.

Edwards and Hunter had an affair while he was running for the White House in 2008 and have a daughter together, Frances Quinn Hunter.

This past Thursday, a jury acquitted Edwards of illegally accepting campaign contributions. He had been accused of orchestrating a plan to use money from campaign donors to hide Hunter while he ran for the White House.

No one is really clear as to the current status of their relationship but we’re sure the book will “Tell All”… It is set to be released on June 26th.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have filed for divorce (finally)

It’s been a few weeks in the making but it is now official. Demi Moore, 49, announced yesterday that she will divorce her husband of six years, Ashton Kutcher, 33.

The trouble began with reports that Ashton had cheated on Demi while partying it up in San Diego on the night before his sixth wedding anniversary. Rumor had it that Sara Leal, 22, a local administrative assistant, was the other woman.
